Arqam Fixed Income Asset Management (FIAM) provides investment management services for funds and discretionary investment portfolios focusing on an array of global bonds and sukuks, targeting yields with low volatility, both in the conventional and Shari’ah compliant universe.
Our team has one of the longest and most experienced track records in the region, using our in-depth knowledge and detailed understanding of the bond issuers we select as the core basis of our investment process. Products and services include:
Discretionary Mandates – a bespoke investment solution where an investor deposits cash or assets and delegates the investment decisions concerning their assets to Arqam on a discretionary basis subject to certain pre-agreed expected returns, risk appetite and other limits.
Arqam MENA Bond Income Fund – an open-ended mutual fund with the objective of investing in fixed income securities and instruments listed or traded in, or issued by entities from, the MENA region and Turkiye. The fund targets annual average returns and dividend distributions, and invests in fixed and floating rate investments from target markets with an emphasis on higher yielding instruments with higher liquidity.
Arqam Islamic Income Fund – an open-ended mutual fund with the objective of investing in fixed income securities and instruments, whether regional or global, which provide investors with Shari’ah compliant returns. The fund targets annual average returns and dividend distributions, and only invests in Shari’ah compliant securities and instruments approved by the Shari’ah Supervisory Board.
Arqam Islamic Income Distribution Fund – a bespoke open-ended mutual fund tailored for a particular institution with the objective of investing in fixed income securities and instruments, whether regional or global, which provide investors with Shari’ah compliant returns. The fund targets annual average returns and dividend distributions, and only invest in Shari’ah compliant securities and instruments approved by the Shari’ah Supervisory Board.
For our Shari’ah-compliant investment funds, our Shari’ah Supervisory Board reviews all of these funds’ activities and investments during as well as prior to offering it to our investors. Our Shari’ah Supervisory Board includes the following well respected scholars: Sheikh Dr. Nazih Hammad (Chairman), Sheikh Dr. Amin Fateh and Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Amin Qattan.
